Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase. However, if you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transit, or an expired product, we will be happy to offer a full replacement free of charge upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect. To process a replacement, customers must send photographs of the damaged or expired product to us at thewallercompany2024@gmail.com.

Our Quality Control team will evaluate the product for any defects related to its quality. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one. If the product has expired for any reason, we will immediately replace it.

If your ordered product is not delivered, you may furnish proof of purchase to thewallercompany2024@gmail.com, and we will redeliver the product promptly.

Customers must inform us of their intent to exchange or replace the damaged or expired product within seven (7) days of receipt. Any return or replacement requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained.

We do not entertain third-party claims for refunds or returns.

No returns will be accepted if a customer simply does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet their expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at thewallercompany2024@gmail.com, and our customer care team will respond within 24 hours. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST.

Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund requests will only be considered if the shipping location is not serviced by our delivery partners or if there is an unreasonable delay in delivering the ordered product. Damaged products will be exchanged following our Returns & Exchange policy.

Once a refund is confirmed in writing by us, it will be processed within seven (7) working days and returned via the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account after initiation.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided by the customer.
  • If the recipient is not available at the provided address.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the product.
  • If the product is delivered to a person or location specified by the customer, other than the customer.
  • If delays or issues occur due to events outside our control (force majeure).
  • If the product has been tampered with by the customer.
